Hope Mountain Davao

Hope Mountain is a four-hectare facility, strategically located in Ulas, Talomo District, eight kilometers from the heart of Davao, the largest city in Mindanao with a population of approximately 1.5 million people. The property is owned by the Conservative Baptist – Plant A Church Together (CB-PACT) and is incorporated with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission as Non-profit Religious Organization as Hope Mountain Mindanao, Inc.

It is a place where churches and organizations can conduct training seminars, spiritual retreats, leadership retreats, youth and church camps and a quiet place for prayer.

Walk-ins: Day use 8am – 6pm must pay at the office upon entering and receive a stamp verifying their payment.


2. LODGING RATES: per person per day.
(Meals and use of Conference Room are not included.)
A. Tenting: P70 per person; designated areas only.
B. Dormitory Rooms: P120 per person; max 130 pax
Note: Check-out Time is 1 p.m. from rooms
Staff must be able to clean and prepare rooms for next guests.
C. Deluxe Rooms: (2 units) P500 for the first 2 persons;

P200 each for extra person (max 4 persons per unit)


3. CLEAN AREA DEPOSIT: P1,000 minimum deposit which will be returned at check-out if area around quarters is neat and clean.


4. FACILITY RENTAL:
A. Main Conference Room: P20 per person/day.
For groups less than 20, minimum rental is P350.
(Whiteboard markers are available for purchase at the office.)

B. Covered Court: P15 per person/day.
For groups less than 20, minimum rental is P300


5. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: P8 per person
Motorcycle ride to main road.


6. MEAL RATES:
A. P55.00 – 1 topping, 1 cup rice & fruit, extra rice – P5
B. P70.00 – 2 toppings, 1 cup rice & fruit, extra rice – P5
C. Snacks: P20 - P30 – one drink and one merienda

7. SNACK SHOP – Open at merienda times or on request.
Biscuits, cookies, coffee - P10, soft drinks, chocolate drinks, instant noodles, champorado, instant arroz caldo, assorted candies, instant oatmeal, (anything that can just add water), mineral water, juice packs, ice candy, etc.

- CORKAGE fee – P3/bottle for Coke Sakto, 8ml & 12ml;
